Projects
A complete proposal will include a work plan and estimated calendar time to complete.
Engagement fees will be included in each proposal.
There is no fee for consultation in support of a proposal.
Speaking and Teaching
Topics in information security are quoted at rates that vary by length of presentation.
Content is customized for specific organizational requirements at no additional charge.
Testimony
Testimony is charged at hourly rates determined by the expected length of time as well as time contraints.
This includes time spent in examination of evidence,
research, analysis, deposition preparation, and deposition
execution.
Travel
Unless otherwise stated, fees include reasonable travel within the northeast corridor.
Travel outside the northeast corridor is typically billed at cost of airfare only.
Travel expectations will be stated in the proposal.
