Projects
A complete proposal will include a work plan and estimated calendar time to complete.
Engagement fees will be included in each proposal.
There is no fee for consultation in support of a proposal.
Speaking and Teaching
Topics in information security are quoted at rates that vary by length of presentation and amount of content customized.
Testimony
Expert witness services and testimony are charged at standard hourly rates.
This includes time spent in examination of evidence,
research, analysis, deposition preparation, and deposition execution.
Travel
Unless otherwise stated, fees include reasonable travel within the New York tri-state area.
Travel expectations will be stated in the proposal.
